Ops3A Quick Start Guide

1. LOGIN FROM THE WEB OR MOBILE DEVICE

We recommend that you create a shortcut on your browser. Store your login credentials in a safe place.

Your Login credentials have been emailed to you. If you have not received it,
please contact support@ops3a.com

Pre-installed: Ensure that the device have been installed in/on the equipment you want to monitor and the device name is easily recognizable to you.

Self-install: Take note of the Device IDs and which equipment you install them on. Rename the device in this step or once installation is complete.

Sensor Gateway:

Connect the supplied antennas to the gateway

- Ethernet Gateway - Connect the wireless gateway to an Internet router and power supply (all lights should turn green)
- IoT Gateway - Connect the power supply and turn the power switch to the on position (all lights should turn green)

Place Sensor Gateway within 1,000 ft from the sensors.

Install Sensors:

Insert batteries or use switch (if applicable) to power the wireless sensors on. Note that the Sensor Gateway must be active before this step.

Visit the Support Center for sensor installation instructions on equipment

From the Sensor page - Settings, check to make sure that you agree with how the sensor thresholds have been set up.

From the Users page, doublecheck to make sure that the contact information entered is accurate.

From the Rules page, review the different rules assigned to each sensor, which user and how they will be notified.
